Second-Chance-Credit-Step1
LANDERS Second Chance Credit Department - Step 1
To approve your loan for a vehicle, our Finance Companies will ask for as much information about your current situation as possible. They will need to know where you live, how long you’ve lived there, where you work, how long you’ve worked there, and how much you earn. They will also use your current credit history to qualify you as a good candidate for a loan.
They use this information to calculate how much money per month you have to commit to a car payment, to see how stable you are at work and in your residence, and they will ask for documentation of all these things. As long as what we submit to them matches what we prove through your documentation, you get an APPROVAL for a car loan and the then fun starts… finding the one that you want! Since they will give us a range on your payment approval, we are lucky enough to have the biggest selection in the whole state for you to pick out one that fits their criteria. We can even help point you in the right direction!

Here is a list of the things you’ll need to have ready to get started:
1. Provable income (with pay stubs, tax returns, and if you’re self employed, two years’ tax returns with your Schedule C’s)
2. Proof of your residence (phone bill, utility bill in your name, etc., but NO PRE-PAID CELL PHONES!)
3. References (you will need a list of 7 personal references, including their complete name, address, ZIP, and phone numbers)
4. Down payment (the Finance Companies like to see an investment from YOU in the loan, at the same time they invest the loan, this can be as low as $500 cash and as high as you can afford.
